Conservation Lifetime Leadership Award Nominations: Deadline January 6, 2012

The Pennsylvania Land Trust Association is now accepting applications for the Conservation Lifetime Leadership Award.

To nominate an individual, please download the nomination form (PDF, WORD) and follow the instructions printed on the form.

You may submit more than one nominee, but please provide a separate form for each nomination. If you have questions regarding this award, please contact Nicole Faraguna at 717.230.8560 or email nfaraguna@conserveland.org.

Deadline for submitting nomination forms is JANUARY 6th, 2012.

The 2012 Award will be presented during Friday night dinner on May 4th, 2012 (honoree is expected to be in attendance) at the 10th Annual Pennsylvania Land Conservation Conference.
