Help Connect Landowners to Potential Buyers of Conserved Properties

As a service to land trusts and landowners, the Pennsylvania Land Trust Association has established Conserved Real Estate for Sale, a web resource dedicated to marketing conserved properties. The Association created a flyer that land trusts and farmland preservation boards can share with landowners and real estate agents regarding this resource.

This flyer was developed with input from members of the land conservation community with hope that land trusts will distribute to landowners as an added resource. We're interested in hearing from you on how you'd improve this outreach piece and also on how you plan to distribute. You can download the flyer from the link below or we're happy to send you hard copies. Just email nfaraguna@conserveland.org with the number of copies you're interested in receiving.

Conservation Easement Assistance Program Technical Assistance Program Terms of Use

The people of the Pennsylvania Land Trust Association envision a prosperous Pennsylvania, where communities know that their treasured green places will endure. We envision a Commonwealth where the lands that guarantee our water quality are safeguarded; where every child can safely play at a nearby park; where our productive farmland and forests are protected, securing our food and timber supply; and where wild places are preserved for wildlife and people.

Thank you to the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for supporting the Association’s conservation efforts.
