Who Will Attend
We anticipate approximately 400 attendees, including: land trust staff, volunteers, and board members; attorneys, local, county and state government officials; planners, engineers, watershed volunteers, watershed professionals, conservation district staff and farmland and agricultural preservation boards.
Exhibiting Opportunities
Exhibits will be open Friday through Saturday (May 4-5, 2012). Exhibitors may set up Friday morning before 10:00 am. Exhibits will be open 10:00 am - 4:00 pm on Friday and 7:30 am - 2:00 pm on Saturday.
Rates
For-Profit Organization - Price - $225.00
Includes: (1) lunch ticket for both Friday and Saturday; one (1) 6 ft skirted table; two (2) chairs; one (1) wastebasket; one (1) electrical hookup; high-speed wireless internet; complimentary company listing in conference program and on conserveland.org.
Non-Profit Organization - Price - $45.00
Includes: one (1) 6 ft skirted table; two (2) chairs; one (1) wastebasket; high-speed wireless internet; complimentary company listing in Conference program and on conserveland.org. Non-Profit Exhibitors must be registered for the conference. Non-Profit exhibit rate does not include electrical hookup or conference registration. Electrical hookup is available at an additional fee.

Terms & Restrictions
All exhibit contracts must be postmarked by April 15, 2012. Cancellations must also be received by April 15, 2012. Exhibit fees must be paid in full at the time of submission of the contract. Exhibiting rates do not include lodging, on-your-own meals, phone/data port access, additional rental furniture, audiovisual, shipping & freight handling, or any miscellaneous services & equipment.
PALTA reserves the right to remove or eliminate any objectionable exhibits, persons, advertisements, souvenirs, or any other feature or activity which might harm or impair the high standards of the conference. Neither the sponsoring organizations nor the facility is responsible for any material, articles, or equipment in the exhibit area. Small or easily portable articles of value should be properly secured or removed for safekeeping after exhibit hours. An attendant must remain with the exhibit during exhibit hours. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the hotel premises, and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the hotel, its agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
Exhibitors may set up Friday, May 4th from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Exhibitors may tear down beginning at 2 p.m., Saturday, May 5th. Limited exhibiting space is available; space is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space will be designated appropriately.
