Register three or more individuals from your organization and receive a free conference registration.

Instructions

• Registration begins in early January - Registration forms will be mailed out and an online version of the form will also be available.
• Register by March 10, 2007 to receive the early registration discount and avoid late fees.
• Organizations that submit three or more paid registrations are elible for one free (additional) registration. The free registration will be applied to the least expensive fee. Please send a separate form for each individual.
• Late and walk-in registrations will be accepted. However, the conference could sell out, so it is recommended that you register early.
• Registrants are responsible for making lodging arrangements. Make reservations with the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel as soon as possible to secure the conference discount and ensure room availability.
• PALTA will not accept conference registrations over the phone.
• Please use one form per person. Copy additional forms as needed or download materials above.
• Payment should be by check payable to the Pennsylvania Land Trust Association and included with the registration form.

Confirmation
Look for your registration confirmation by email or in the mail within ten days of PALTA receiving your registration.

Standard Cancellation Policy
PALTA must receive your written request for a refund for any of the registration fees by April 15, 2007. Non-refunded payment will not be credited toward any other service from PALTA. Please note that there will be a $25 administrative fee for any changes made to your initial registration including cancellation.
