Over 300 attendees are expected to attend the 5th Annual Pennsylvana Land Conservation Conference in 2007, which includes: land trust staff, volunteers, and board members; attorneys, local, county and state government officials; planners, conservation district staff and farmland and agricultural preservation boards.
About PLCC?
The Pennsylvania Land Conservation Conference is Pennsylvania’s annual training, networking and inspirational event for those involved with private and public land conservation.
PLCC is presented by the Pennsylvania Land Trust Association.

Non-Profit Organization - Price - $25.00

Please Note: Non-Profit exhibit rate does not include electrical hookup or conference registration. Non-Profit Exhibitors must be registered for the Conference. Electrical hookup is available at an additional $40 per exhibit space
Exhibitor Registration Form
Limited exhibiting spaces are available; because space is limited, availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. PALTA will designate exhibiting space appropriately.
All exhibit contracts must be postmarked by Friday, April 20, 2007. Cancellations must also be received by April 20, 2007. If cancelled space is resold, any money paid, less a $50 handling charge, will be returned up to April 20, 2007. After this date, no money will be refunded. Advertising and exhibit fees must be paid in full at the time of submission of the contract. Exhibiting rates do not include lodging, on-your-own meals, phone/data port access, additional rental furniture, audiovisual, shipping & freight handling, or any miscellaneous services & equipment.
PALTA reserves the right to remove or eliminate any objectionable exhibits, persons, advertisements, souvenirs, or any other feature or activity which might harm or impair the high standards of the conference.
Neither the Pennsylvania Land Trust Association nor the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel is responsible for any material, articles, or equipment in the exhibit area. Small or easily portable articles of value should be properly secured or removed for safekeeping after exhibit hours. An attendant must remain with the exhibit during exhibit hours. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Penn Stater premises, and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Penn Stater, its agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
Exhibitors may set up Friday, May 11 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Exhibitors may tear down beginning at 3 p.m., Saturday, May 12.
