Register three or more individuals from your organization
and receive a FREE conference registration.
Registration Deadlines:
Early: Jan 1- Feb 15
Regular: Feb 16 - Mar 20
Late*: Mar 21 - Apr 5
*Late Registration requires $10.00 late fee with each registration.
Registration Instructions
- Register by February 15 to receive the early registration discount; regular registration ends March 19. Late registration begins March 21 and requires a $10.00 late fee with each registration. Registrations accepted if postmarked by the appropriate date, as well.
- Organizations that submit three or more paid registrations are eligible for one free (additional) registration - the least expensive registration will be free.
- Late and walk-in registrations will be accepted. However, the conference could sell out, so it is recommended that you register early.
- Registrants are responsible for making lodging arrangements. Make reservations with The Desmond Hotel (more information) by March 12 to secure the conference discount and ensure room availability.
- No telephone registrations, please.
- Please use one form per person. Copy additional forms as needed or download from conserveland.org.
- Payment should be by check payable to the Pennsylvania Land Trust Association and included with the registration form.
Confirmation
Be sure to include an email address so that you may receive an electronic email confirmation; if you do not indicate an email address, a hard copy confirmation will be sent.
Standard Cancellation Policy
PALTA must receive your written request for a refund for any of the registration fees by March 15, 2008. Non-refunded payment will not be credited toward any other service from PALTA. Please note that there will be a $35 administrative fee for any changes made to your initial registration including cancellation.
